Design scheme of central oxygen supply system in small and medium-sized hospitals

Small and medium-sized hospitals such as township hospitals and community hospitals use relatively little oxygen, so the central oxygen supply system of the busbar can meet the oxygen demand. It consists of a device, a decompression device, a transmission pipeline and a terminal. The oxygen output from the busbar is decompressed to 0.3~0.5Mpa through the decompression device, and then transported to the operating room, intensive care room, ward and other terminals through the pipeline.

(1) Oxygen source:

According to the scale, the busbar can be selected as a group of 5 bottles, there are two groups in total, one of which is used as a backup, and each bottle has a shut-off valve. Switch to another set of oxygen cylinders.

(2) Decompression device

This type of ward is equipped with a secondary decompression device, which transports the 1.6MPa oxygen output from the liquid oxygen station through the main oxygen pipeline to the entrance of the secondary oxygen stabilizer box in the inpatient building. Depressurize the oxygen to 0.2-0.4MPa (adjustable), then transport it to the terminal of the ward through the oxygen pipeline in the ward, and finally adjust the pressure through the flow regulator on the humidifier for the patient to inhale oxygen.

The second-level voltage stabilizer is used to prevent the system from malfunctioning and to not deliver high-pressure oxygen to the ward, so as to ensure the safety of the patient's oxygen inhalation.

The voltage stabilizing device adopts a dual-circuit design, and one channel is used for the other channel as a backup. In case of failure, the valve of this channel can be closed, and the valve of the backup circuit can be opened to supply oxygen stably.

(3) Alarm device:

If the oxygen pressure delivered to the building rises (drops) beyond the specified value, the alarm box will send out an audible and visual alarm signal to remind the staff to deal with it in time.

(4) Oxygen delivery pipeline:

The oxygen transmission pipeline is connected to the oxygen source and each terminal, the oxygen supply pipeline is installed in the ceiling of each gas consumption point, and the main pipe is installed in an independent pipe well. The layout of the pipeline should avoid the columns as much as possible. The main pipeline is from the gas pipe well to the corridor branch pipe and then to the ward. The corridor branch pipe is arranged in the ceiling, and the inlet pipe of each ward is led out from the corridor branch pipe in the ceiling of the ward of the corresponding floor. The main line reaches the oxygen-using point, and the shortest design pipeline is used to transport oxygen to various wards, operating rooms and other oxygen-using points for patients to inhale oxygen. The oxygen line grounding resistance is less than 100 ohms.

(5) Terminal device:

The terminal device is installed on the wall on one side of the bedside of the ward, 1.35-1.45m away from the ground, and is arranged along the full length of the bedside wall. It is mainly composed of new oxygen belt (electrostatic spray), oxygen pipe belt maintenance valve, oxygen plug valve, etc.

The oxygen suction plug valve has the characteristics of tight sealing, flexible plugging, long service life and beautiful appearance, and its performance is higher than that of domestic similar products. When using, insert the humidification bottle or suction bottle with a plug-in quick connector into the quick socket, the gas will enter the humidification bottle (suction bottle), and then adjust the regulating valve on the humidification bottle (suction bottle) to Appropriate flow for patient use. When you stop using it, just press the locking ring on the quick socket, and the quick connector will pop up and stop the oxygen supply automatically. The quick socket is sealed with a medical silicone gasket, which has the characteristics of oxidation resistance, anti-aging, long life and non-toxicity.

③Oxygen pipe with maintenance valve:

The oxygen pipe with maintenance valve device is opened with an embedded special key, which not only prevents the patient or other personnel from cutting off the oxygen at will, but also allows professionals to close the maintenance valve for maintenance when the oxygen plug-in valve fails.
