*Main feature

4. The oxygen transmission pipelines are all degreasing oxygen-free copper pipes or stainless steel pipes, and all connecting accessories are made of oxygen-specific products.

*The main purpose

The centralized oxygen supply system is to concentrate the oxygen gas source in one place. After the high-pressure oxygen of the gas source is decompressed, it is transported to each gas terminal through the pipeline. Air supply equipment (oxygen humidifier, ventilator, etc.) can supply air.

* Working principle

Centralized oxygen supply systems are mainly used for oxygen supply in hospital wards, emergency rooms, observation rooms and operating rooms.

*Gas source

The gas source can be either liquid oxygen or a high pressure oxygen cylinder. When the gas source is a high-pressure oxygen cylinder, 2 to 20 oxygen cylinders can be selected according to the needs of gas consumption. Oxygen cylinders are divided into two groups, one for oxygen supply and the other for backup.

*Control device

The control device includes a gas source switching device, a decompression, a voltage regulator, and the corresponding valves, pressure gauges, etc.

Oxygen supply pipeline

The oxygen supply pipeline is to transport oxygen from the outlet of the control device to each oxygen terminal.

*Oxygen terminal

Oxygen terminals are located in wards, operating rooms and other oxygen departments. A quick plug-in sealed socket is installed at the oxygen terminal. When in use, you only need to insert the connector of the oxygen supply equipment (oxygen humidifier, ventilator, etc.) into the jack to supply oxygen and ensure the sealing reliably; When , the connector of the oxygen supply equipment can be unplugged, and the manual valve can also be closed .

According to the different needs of the hospital, the oxygen terminal also has different structural forms. Generally installed on the wall, it is divided into two types: concealed installation (inlaid in the wall) and exposed installation (protruding from the wall and covered with a decorative cover); the terminals of operating rooms and other wards are wall-mounted, mobile and hanging Tower and other forms.

*Alarm system

The alarm device is installed in the control room, duty room or other locations designated by the user. When the oxygen supply pressure exceeds the upper and lower limits of the operating pressure, the alarm device can send out sound and light alarm signals to remind relevant personnel to take corresponding measures.
